Bestowing the Freedom of the City of Edinburgh
Barclay Price 4th November For more than 500 years Edinburgh’s civic authorities have awarded the Freedom of the City to prominent and influential individuals. This talk related some of that long history, and touched upon a number of interesting events and recipients through the centuries.
